Thermax specializes in sustainable energy and environmental solutions, as demonstrated by their efficient and environmentally-conscious Sri City project.
The project encompasses a factory building, production office, and canteen block, covering a total area of 18,500 sq. m. It is well-equipped with modern facilities for manufacturing vapor absorption cooling and heating systems.
During the project, conserve recalibrate the project’s energy model to identify the areas for improvements arrive at actual energy savings, and implement various IGBC-compliant green policies.
We also provided individual guidance to the operations team to ensure IGBC green factory recertification compliance. Thanks to our assistance,
Thermax achieved significant successes, including a
1. 70% reduction in indoor water usage, installation of two large rainwater harvesting ponds,
2. Increased usage of company bus transportation to the Employees.
3. Complete diversion of on-site waste from landfills,
4. 30% energy savings through efficient building envelope, lighting, and HVAC systems.
5.60% Of energy consumption on through the on-site solar panel.
