We are happy to announce a significant milestone in sustainable manufacturing of ARS Steel’s newly published Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). This declaration marks a pivotal step in ARS Steel’s commitment to environmental stewardship and transparent business practices.
🔩 ARS Steel, a pioneer in the production of Mild Steel Billets and TMT bars, has been at the forefront of innovation for over two decades. With a recent increase in billet production capacity to 2,10,000 MT and rolling mill capacity to 2,05,000 MT per annum, ARS is setting new benchmarks in the industry.
💪 Their Fe 550D TMT Rebars are a testament to resilience, designed to support and stabilize structures while being flexible enough to withstand seismic shocks and extreme weather. It’s this blend of strength and flexibility that makes ARS’s TMT Rebars integral to modern infrastructure.
🌐 The EPD program spearheaded by ARS Steel aligns with international standards and reflects their dedication to sustainable practices. By sourcing 98% of raw materials locally as scrap and achieving a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 850 kg CO2 eq per ton, ARS Steel is not just leading the way in India but is also contributing to global eco-friendly steel production.
