Jindal Stainless embarked on a mission: to achieve LEED Gold Certification for their Stainless House, a vibrant office cum clubhouse within their plant at Jajpur Road, West Bengal.

o Conserve kicked off with a symphony of audits: ASHRAE level 1 energy audit, water audit, indoor air quality audit, APPA audit, and waste audit.

4. The Golden Moment: LEED O+M v4.1 Gold Certification
o Jindal Stainless achieved LEED Gold Certification with a stellar 72 points.
o The Stainless House stood tall, its green credentials shining like polished steel.

Energy Savings: HVAC and lighting systems waltzed to a greener rhythm, cutting energy use by 20%.
Indoor Water Use: A 15% reduction from the LEED baseline—thanks to efficient low-flow fixtures.
