The Ministry of Urban Development boosts GRIHA projects with free extra ground coverage and FAR, while the Ministry of Environment and Forests ensures fast-track environmental clearance for pre-certified projects.
The MSME Policy also chips in, offering up to ₹25 lakhs to sustainable tourism projects adhering to GRIHA ratings.
