This achievement highlights the strong dedication to sustainability and high standards in green building practices of the Turbo Energy Group leadership. This is a hattrick project for Turbo Energy and Conserve Consultants for LEED NC Platinum.

Their dedication has been instrumental in guiding ABI Soorai Green – Building 4 to this success, ensuring energy and water savings, reduced operational costs, and improved waste management
Key Achievements:
Energy Efficiency: Achieved an impressive 96.4% reduction in energy costs through natural ventilation, natural lighting, reduced artificial lighting
Water Conservation: Realized a notable 57.71% decrease in water usage with water-efficient fixtures, reducing indoor water consumption to 2.24 KLD from a baseline of 5.31 KLD and achieving 100% water reduction for outdoor use through treated water reuse for irrigation.
Sustainable Materials: Utilized 31.8% of materials by cost with recycled content, emphasizing ABI Showatech commitment to sustainability.
Life Cycle Analysis: Conducted a comprehensive Life Cycle Assessment, achieving at least a 10% reduction in in Global Warming Potential and Depletion of the Stratospheric Ozone Layer compared.
Low-Emitting Materials: Over 90% of products used are low-emitting / no – emitting including floor tiles, ceiling and furniture, ensuring a healthier indoor environment.
This achievement was made possible through innovative design, rigorous third-party audits, stakeholder collaboration, and a proactive approach to sustainability.
