At Conserve Consultants, we are proud to share the remarkable success of our recent project with a Pharma Manufacturing Company, where we achieved significant energy savings and also a LEED Gold Certification for a building area of approx. 40,000 m².

✅ Initial Findings: During commissioning, actual lux levels were found to be much higher than the design values in many spaces:
– Corridors: Design 200, Measured 385
– Solution Room: Design 300, Measured 395
– M/c Area: Design 300, Measured 548
– Blender: Design 300, Measured 488
– Process Room: Design 300, Measured 597
– Packing: Design 300, Measured 436
– Office: Design 300, Measured 498
✅ Issue: Excessive lux levels led to uncomfortable glare and increased lighting power consumption.
✅ Solution: Our project team implemented a de-lamping strategy or reduced wattage in numerous spaces to match the design lux values. This not only improved energy consumption but also enhanced indoor comfort by reducing glare.
✅ Collaboration: After thorough simulations by Conserve, the identified issue was effectively resolved by the Projects & O&M Team.
