🔧 During the LEED commissioning, we discovered an inefficiency in the cooling system. Both cooling towers were open for condenser water supply, even when only one chiller was operational. This led to a 30% reduction in cooling tower effectiveness and a 15% increase in chiller energy consumption.
🚀 Our Intervention: By installing auto isolation valves and interlocking them to ensure only the necessary cooling tower operates, we significantly optimized the energy consumption.
