LEED Incentives:

GRIHA Rewards:
FSI Incentives: The Department of Urban Development grants additional Floor Space Index (FSI) incentives of 3% for Three Star, 5% for Four Star, and 7% for Five Star GRIHA-rated buildings.
Discounts on Premium: Buildings can also enjoy a discount on premium ranging from 5% to 15%, based on their GRIHA rating and points record.
