Vivriti Capita is a fintech NBFC that aims to bring necessary finance to hundreds of mid-market enterprises across India.
This project was a collaboration between Keechery Space n’ Design, a leading corporate interior design firm in South India, and Conserve Consultants, a global consulting firm in the business of planning, design, operations, and analysis of high-performance green buildings and organizations. 🌿
We worked together to create a stunning and sustainable workspace for Vivriti Capital, which reflects their vision and values.
We also helped them improve their indoor air quality, water efficiency, electrical efficiency, and ergonomic design by implementing various strategies and technologies. We ensured compliance with the IGBC standards and managed the documentation process smoothly.
As a result, the project achieved the following outcomes:
1) Reduced the lighting power density by 25% over the baseline, saving energy and costs
2) Reduced water consumption by 46.04% over the baseline, conserving a precious resource
3) Used 18% recycled content and 59.69% eco-friendly wood-based materials in construction, promoting sustainable practices
4) Purchased 23% ergonomically designed and BIFMA-certified furniture and workstations, enhancing occupant comfort and well-being.
