Phoenix Mall of Asia is a significant project that demonstrates the best practices in green building design and construction besides giving the best shopping experience to its customers. The project encompasses a built-up area of 122175 sq.m. and includes a mall with shops, restaurants, a food court, and multiplexes.
1) The project has achieved a 21.1% reduction in annual energy consumption, credited to its efficient envelope design, HVAC, and lighting systems.
2) 82% Portable Water savings by installing water-efficient fixtures, reuse of water and rainwater collection strategies.
3) 30% Enhanced indoor air quality by Increase breathing zone outdoor airflow to to promote occupants’ comfort and well-being.
4) 85% Sustainable transport by GHG reductions by implementing programs minimizing transportation-related emissions.
