We are happy to announce that Sags Apparels with Conserve as their Sustainability Consultant has achieved the prestigious LEED V4 BD+C: NC Platinum Certification, marking this as our second successful collaboration with Sags Apparels. Our earlier projects also got a LEED Platinum Certification.
Project Highlights:
Energy Efficiency: The project boasts an energy savings of 54%, achieved through meticulous measures in building envelope optimization, lighting, and HVAC systems.
Renewable Energy: A significant 48% of the project’s energy requirements are offset by on-site renewable energy sources.
Water Conservation: A remarkable 58% reduction in indoor water usage, was achieved through the installation of efficient low-flow fixtures and fittings.
Waste Management: An impressive 96.58%of on-site waste was diverted from landfills, showcasing our commitment to responsible waste management.
Outdoor Water Use: A complete 100% reduction from the LEED baseline, thanks to an efficient irrigation system, the use of native species, and alternative water sources.
Promoting Green Mobility: The project’s strategic location encourages walkability and reduces vehicle usage, contributing to a well-connected community.
Our Approach:
