Energy Savings: Achieved around 40% reduction through smart lighting and VRF system optimization. Rigorous measurement and verification ensured optimal performance.
Indoor Water Use Reduction: Implemented efficient low-flow fixtures and fittings, resulting in a 20% reduction.
Scope 3 Emission Reduction: Occupants chose alternative transportation methods, contributing to emissions reduction.
Waste Diversion: Over 90% of on-site waste is diverted from landfills.

With two thermal power plants generating 885 MW, including the impressive Haldia Thermal plant (600 MW) in West Bengal, CESC is a powerhouse.
